COVID-19 Precautions: Your Safety Is Our Top Priority!

What We’ve Always Done

  • Disposable & Sterile Instruments

    We only use disposable and sterile instruments. Once they are used on a patient they are disposed of.
  • Nightly Deep Cleaning

    Our clinic is deep cleaned every night with medical grade disinfectants.
  • Medical Grade Disinfectants

    We use medical grade disinfectants (which work against all bacteria, fungal spores and 99.99% of viruses—including COVID-19) to clean our entire clinic. We have always used these disinfectants to clean every surface touched during a procedure between every patient.
  • Non-Touch Alcohol Gel Dispensers

    We have non-touch alcohol gel dispensers available to patients throughout our clinic.

New Measures: Post COVID-19

We have always gone the extra mile when it comes to keeping our clinic sparkling clean! With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken our cleaning and infection control measures even further!

  • Non-Touch Alcohol Hand Sanitiser & PPE for You

    When you enter the building you will be asked to clean your hands with the non-touch alcohol hand sanitiser on the wall in front of the reception desk and then apply a medical grade surgical mask for your and our staff’s protection. If you are already wearing a good quality mask of your own then you can continue to wear your own. However the ones we will provide you with are medical grade (Type IIR Certified). Please wear the mask while in the building unless our doctors or nurses specifically need to remove them to examine you.
  • PPE for Us

    Medical and nursing staff will now at all times be wearing medical grade surgical masks.
  • Toughened Glass Screen on the Reception Desk & the Consulting Rooms

    We have installed tall, toughened glass screens on the reception desk and consultation rooms for your and our protection.
  • Treatment Room & Clinic Disinfecting

    We have always followed strict disinfecting protocols but we have increased these even more. Anything in the patient room that has had direct contact with the previous patient is sanitized and disinfected using a medical grade disinfectant.
  • Limited Aerosols/Plume

    In the event that it is necessary to do a procedure which produces aerosols or plume, we have implemented high-volume vacuum suction extractors in our treatment rooms.
  • Air Sanitisers

    We have implemented medical-grade air sanitisers with UVC light to capture and kill any virus in the treatment rooms and reception areas.
  • Vulnerable Patients

    If you or a family member has an auto-immune disorder or any health-related issues that enhance your chance of catching COVID-19, we can schedule your appointment first thing in the morning to limit the number of people who have been in the clinic before or at the same time as you.
  • Doors and Windows Open

    Where possible we are leaving doors and windows open throughout our clinic.

Social Distancing

To abide by the current regulations, we have also introduced social distancing measures in our clinic.

  • Limit on Number of Visitors

    We are limiting the number of people in our clinic; if you require someone to accompany you to your appointment, please call our clinic to explain the situation in advance. Children should not accompany their parents to a consultation unless they themselves are the patient.
  • Seating

    The seating in our waiting area has been arranged to allow the government recommended distance between any patients who must sit in the waiting area. The seats are covered with plastic sheeting which is disinfected regularly. If you are vulnerable and concerned about entering the building, you can park and call our receptionists to let them know you are here. When we are ready to see you, we will give you a call back or signal to you to come inside. Otherwise you can now come straight to the front door, ring the bell and you will be let in.
  • Strategically Scheduling Appointments

    We will be making sure to schedule appointments strategically to limit the amount of people entering and leaving the clinic at the same time.
  • Checking In

    When you arrive please park and call our receptionists to let them know you are here. When we are ready to see you, we will give you a call back or signal to you to come inside.
  • Checking Out

    When you have finished your appointment the receptionist behind the glass screen will assist you. Where possible use contact-less payment or pay in advance. When leaving the building sanitise your hands with alcohol gel again before exiting.

How Can You Help

We are doing everything in our power to keep you safe. Here’s how you can do your part to keep yourself, other patients and our team members safe!

  • PPE

    We are requiring anyone who enters our clinic to wear a facemask. If you do not have one with you we will provide you with one.
  • Book Multiple Appointments in the Same Day

    When you book more than one appointment in the same day, you are helping not only our clinic but yourself as well. Doing this limits the amount of times you need to leave your house.
  • Book Ahead

    If possible, book ahead and pre-pay for your appointments before you enter our clinic. This limits the time you are in the clinic outside of your allotted appointment time.
  • Bring Minimal Luggage

    Please limit the number of objects you bring with you to the visit. We aim to make your visit as efficient as possible so you should not need to bring many items with you.
